No overnight. Be on time and you'll be fine. Park on a street(do not drive to guard house) and walk to check in. They unload me fast
they dont respect peoples times, we had 10 pm appointment and he was unloaded at 11:53 pm, TQL and save alot have poor business practices . Rate con gave no name of company or phone number. Bad business practice of this company.

Read the reviews and thought it wouldn't be so bad. Came on my scheduled appointment time, got to park by the docks and wait. But I found out I didn't have the hours to sit and wait for 5 hours for receiving to get in do I left. Came back the next day and they said they'd work me in. From here now I see what everyone was complaining about. This place is so small when they tell you to park on the street you better hope you find space. They have trailers all along the streets. And turning your trailer around isn't easy when you have trucks blocking you.... The stunt I had to pull because one guy just wouldn't move, I'm glad my APU didn't fall off when it kept bumping the reefer.
