As we were preparing to move for the first time in 43 years we needed storage to declutter our home and some where to keep items until we were ready to settle in at the new home. Valley storage had locations that worked for us. The spaces were clean and secure. Access was reasonable and easy. The assistants at the Williamsport location could not have been anymore helpful or polite. Price seemed a little high, but as we have not used storage before I could be wrong on that.
I had to have a storage unit here for over two years. They didn't have a 20x10 available so they gave me two 10x10 on a discounted price. The STAFF is amazing. I enjoyed calling in or going in to talk with them. The staff is what made this review 5 stars. Keep being an awesome individual! I honestly felt like I was talking with a family member when I would talk with the staff. They were so welcoming and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you for the great time I was able to be your customer!
The staff at Valley Storage were very professional. The manager got my account set up for me very easily considering I live in Florida. Their prices were the cheapest in the area. They did not hassle me about insurance or have any hidden fees. I would definitely do business with them again
Great secure place to store your belongings, reasonable rent for spaces. The only thing I don't like about it is if you move out of your unit before the end of the month they DO NOT prorate, you pay the month and only use 1 week your out Fir the remainder of the month! They said they prorate coming in but not going out WTH !!!!
