Josh and A to Z Insurance have always responded rapidly to our phone calls and emails. When my van got rear ended last year, Josh responded immediately when I called about the accident. His first question was if I was OK. I received a call back within a couple hours to get set up with the claims adjuster, and everything was resolved and our check for the damage was received within just a couple days.We carry several policies with Erie, and the rates have been great. When we have had policy questions and changes, we have heard back within the next business day. Our experience with A to Z Insurance has been very good.

You share about your personal experiences (even on the website), which is very refreshing in this day in age when we deal with a customer service reps at some remote location, in many of our consumer experiences.
