Valley Pets Cemetery and Crematory should get ZERO STARS. I was devastated when my 15 year old diabetic cat died of kidney failure and was depending on this company to return his ashes to me so that I could make peace with his death. INSTEAD they had an "accidental mix-up" and mass cremated my poor kitty with a bunch of other poor souls. So now, I will NEVER get the closure that I would have if they had just DONE THEIR FREAKING JOBS RIGHT! THANKS A LOT VALLEY PETS FOR LOSING THE REMAINS OF MY PET, who was like family to me. 1 star for saying that you will give me a plaque to make up for this egregious mistake. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
