Never keeps up with ice cream machine. Very rude drive threw blond lady. Who put a pumpkin pie in an Apple pie box instead of telling customer their was only 1 Apple pie left and giving refund. That's extremely bad business. Untill that location gets their act together I advise skipping it and go to next location in same direction your traveling. Either direction it's not far and definitely worth the few minutes wait to skip the Williamsport MacDonalds location entirely!!!!!
They need to speed up more and get orders right I was late to school and it took 25 minutes to just get a frappe and ice coffee. They should be hiring because there was only like 4 people working. I would suggest if your running late somewhere and want sometime real quick to get it from another place. Because this will make you late.
The only reason I gave one star is because I don't think you can give zero. Hands down the worst McDonald's and customer service in western maryland. Awful workers. Foods never cooked correctly or even what you ordered. 20 minute minimum in drive thru, 15-20 minute minimum inside. Doesn't matter time of day or order. Just awful.
It took them about 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich, 10 nuggets an 4 holiday pies.... No a female managers was more worried about clowning around with a male employee than she was about getting orders out the door. We was inside an drive threw was backup around the building.
Server was friendly, but the quality of food was not good. Fries were cold and old. Found a hair in my sandwich. Do not recommend. Overall cleanliness of store was poor. Time was 7:30 pm.
